An evening where every lantern holds a small encounter.

I light countless lanterns in the tree canopy and around the island. Beneath them, boats drift, balloons rise and people meet, with yellow light reflected in the water. Deeper blues and greens make these little points of light shine more vividly.

The vertical artwork suits a quiet living room or sitting corner. Warm lantern light and rich water blues would create a welcoming colour accent against a pale wall.

The reproduction is printed on canvas, stretched over a wooden stretcher and finished with a protective varnish. It arrives ready to hang; an additional decorative frame is optional.

I personally number and sign every limited-edition print. The edition of 100 is shared across all sizes and versions of this artwork, including prints with and without hand-painted embellishment.

A personal touch of my brush

If you choose a hand-embellished print, I add painted details to its surface by hand. These give the reproduction extra texture and individual accents, making it even more vivid and expressive.
