RJ Gallery – Remigijus Januškevičius, individual activity certificate No. 783711. Address: Gedimino g. 18, 44319 Kaunas, Lithuania. Email: [email protected]. Telephone: +370 610 67747.

Orders and payments

We sell original paintings, canvas prints and gift vouchers. The product description states its characteristics, size, selected version and price. Check your items, delivery details and final total before placing the order. The contract is concluded when you place an order and the seller confirms it by email. The terms published when the order is placed apply to that order.

Prices are in euros (EUR) and include applicable taxes. Any delivery charge is shown before you confirm the order. Payment is available through the methods displayed at checkout: bank transfer, PayPal or Paysera where enabled. Card payments and other Paysera options are available as shown at checkout. Your selected payment provider processes the payment; card details are entered in its secure payment environment.

Orders are prepared and dispatched after payment is received. If an item is unavailable or we cannot fulfil an order, we will contact you to offer a solution; if no agreement is reached, we will refund the payment. Custom dimensions, changes and production times are agreed before ordering. Screen settings may affect the colours you see but do not limit your rights where an item does not match its description.

Buying an artwork or print does not transfer the right to copy, reproduce or commercially use its image without the artist's permission.

Buyer’s rights and obligations

The buyer has the right to clear information about the product, price, payment and delivery, to purchase under the published terms and to receive goods that conform to the contract. Consumers may exercise the withdrawal, complaint and statutory remedy rights described below. The buyer must read these terms and the privacy policy before ordering, provide accurate details, check the selected variant, pay the agreed amount and accept correctly delivered goods. Please notify the seller promptly of incorrect details or order problems. These obligations do not limit mandatory consumer rights.

Seller’s rights and obligations

The seller must provide accurate product, price and terms information, fulfil confirmed orders within the agreed time, deliver conforming goods, protect personal data, handle complaints and refund payments in accordance with the law and these terms. The seller is entitled to the agreed payment, may request clarification of details necessary for fulfilment and may withhold preparation and dispatch until payment is received. If fulfilment is impossible, the seller informs the buyer and refunds the payment unless another solution is agreed. Terms may be updated for future orders; an existing order remains governed by the version published when it was placed.

Applicable law

These terms are drawn up in accordance with the laws in force in the Republic of Lithuania, including the Civil Code, the Law on Consumer Protection and distance-selling requirements. Lithuanian law applies. This choice does not deprive consumers of protection under mandatory rules in their country of habitual residence or their right to apply to a competent court.

Delivery terms

Lithuania: delivery of artworks is free. Ready-made works are normally delivered by Venipak or DPD within 1–2 working days after payment. Delivery of large works may be arranged individually.

European Union: normally 4–7 working days after dispatch. Outside the EU: normally 1–3 weeks after dispatch; customs clearance may take longer. International packages are insured and tracked, using LP, DHL, DPD, FedEx or another carrier selected for the order.

International shipping is free for purchases of EUR 400 or more. For smaller orders, the exact delivery charge is provided before payment. Free shipping does not include import duties, local taxes or customs brokerage charges in the destination country; these are payable by the recipient where applicable.

If a print needs to be produced or hand-embellished, production time is added to transport time. The specific period is stated in the product description or agreed before the order is confirmed. Unless another deadline is agreed, delivery is made within 30 days of conclusion of the contract. We will notify you of any delay and agree on the next steps.

Please provide an accurate address and telephone number. Check the package and artwork on receipt. If you find damage, photograph it and note it on the carrier's documents if possible, then contact us. Failure to note damage at receipt does not automatically remove your statutory rights. The risk of loss or damage passes to a consumer when the consumer or a nominated person other than the carrier physically receives the goods.

Returns & withdrawal

Your 14-day right of withdrawal

Consumers buying online may withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods without giving a reason. Send a clear statement to [email protected] or by post to the seller's address. You may use the form below, but it is optional. Sending your notice before the deadline is sufficient.

Send the goods back within 14 calendar days after notifying us of withdrawal. Return address: Remigijus Januškevičius, Gedimino g. 18, 44319 Kaunas, Lithuania. The buyer pays the direct return shipping costs, except for defective or incorrectly delivered goods. The return cost for a large artwork depends on its dimensions and the carrier; you may ask us about shipping options before purchasing.

Pack the artwork securely to prevent transport damage. Original packaging is recommended but not required. You may inspect the goods as necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning; you may be liable for diminished value caused by handling beyond this.

We refund the purchase price and the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice. We may withhold the refund until the goods are returned or you provide evidence of dispatch, whichever occurs first. We use the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise; no additional refund fee is charged.

Custom orders and product quality

The withdrawal exception applies only to goods made to the buyer's individual specifications or clearly personalised, such as a separately agreed individual composition or personalisation. Selecting a standard size, production after ordering, an artist's signature, numbering or a standard hand-embellished option does not by itself remove the right to return. We inform you of any applicable exception before concluding a custom order.

This exception does not limit rights for faulty goods. The seller is responsible for lack of conformity present at delivery that becomes apparent within the statutory period – at least 2 years from delivery for consumers. Email us with the order details and defect, adding photos where possible. Under the applicable law, goods will be repaired or replaced free of charge; where the legal conditions are met, you may obtain a price reduction or terminate the contract and receive a refund. The seller pays necessary return costs for defective goods.
